General Rules

Mobile phones are not permitted in the School Premises. If any student is found carrying a mobile phone; the phone will be confiscated and broken then & there.

Students remain accountable to school authorities for conduct both on and off campus. The institution expects students to maintain behavioral standards in public spaces and transportation.

Parents or Guardians can request a meeting with the teacher only with the prior permission of the Principal and should never approach the teacher directly in the classroom.

Accessories including tattoos, bangles, goggles, fancy pins, and mehandi are forbidden. Boys must maintain short, neat haircuts, and low-waist or narrow-bottomed trousers are prohibited.

Irregular attendance and unjustified absence justifies dismissal. The school discourages absences for personal celebrations like engagements, marriages, or religious observances.

If a student is absent from the School for a period of 10 days without any information, his/her name will be struck off from the nominal rolls of the School. Fines of Rs. 20 per day will be charged for unauthorized absences.

Leave Procedure

No leave is permitted without prior approval except for medical reasons, which require medical documentation upon return. Leaves exceeding three days need a medical certificate and application submission after the student returns to school.

Parental Responsibilities

Parents must ensure punctual arrival, as late students without valid explanations cannot enter. Students should wear clean uniforms daily with polished shoes.

Minimum 75% attendance is mandatory for promotion and board exam eligibility per CBSE regulations.

Completed homework and properly maintained books are essential. Parents must check and sign daily diaries regularly.

Attending of PTM is compulsory for the parents. Parents should accompany students in proper uniform.

Fee payment must occur before the 15th of each month. Parents must notify the school of any address or contact changes.

Parent-teacher meetings occur Saturdays from 1-2 p.m. by appointment only.
