Diwali is the festival of lights which is celebrated in various regions across India. The name ‘Deepawali’ literally means an ‘array of lights’. To make the students understand the importance of Diwali, GRD Academy Biharigarh had a celebration in school on 03th Nov 2021.
Teachers explained the importance of Diwali, the festival spiritually signifies the victory of light over darkness, knowledge over ignorance, good over evil, and hope over despair. Children decorated diyas with colors and glitter.
They made different rangolis depicting beautiful pictures of “Ganesh ji, and many other auspicious, traditional as well as modern designs and decorated them with earthen lamps and flowers.
Both Teachers and students enjoyed the Diwali celebrations wholeheartedly.
